About the Illustrator: Sophie Corbett

Sophie is a young artist from the Kitchener-Waterloo area currently studying at Sheridan College in the Honours Bachelor of Animation Program, class of 2025. She is a Storyboard Artist, Illustrator and Filmmaker. She has a passion for storytelling and cinematography and enjoys exploring ways she can use composition, lighting, and atmosphere to tell stories.

Outside of school, you can find her painting plein air (on location outdoors) with water colours and ink in the summer and spending time with friends and family!
